Owning Circle operates as a private introducer between owners and qualified buyers of high-value assets, including yachts, jets, supercars, and significant real estate.
We are not a broker, agent, principal, fiduciary, or counterparty to any transaction. We do not advise on financial products, do not handle client funds or escrow, and do not provide regulated financial services. Completed transactions proceed through the parties' own brokers, lawyers, bankers, and registries.
Where regulated activities arise within any transaction we facilitate, those activities are performed by appropriately licensed third parties chosen by the parties themselves.
All enquiries and information shared with Owning Circle are handled in strict confidence. Details are not disclosed, listed, forwarded, aggregated, or referenced in any external context without the explicit written instruction of the disclosing party.
A bilateral non-disclosure agreement may be put in place at any party's request before substantive details are exchanged, and is required by default for mandates above an agreed value threshold.
All engagements are governed by the laws of England and Wales. A written engagement letter, executed by both parties, sets out scope, fee structure, exclusivity (where any), term, and termination provisions before introductions are made.
Fees are payable on the trigger event specified in the engagement letter, typically completion of a sale or transfer, and are invoiced from Proptefi Ltd.
We process personal data submitted via this website (your name, email, telephone, asset details, and the contents of your brief) under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
